Throughout February, we are running a ‘Healthy Hearts’ competition for our members. In sessions, heart tokens will be given out to members that get positively involved with different activities around the themes of ‘Mind’ (workshops, creative arts), ‘Body’ (sports, health, fitness) and ‘Soul’ (acts of kindness, community projects).
