This introductory session is for anyone with an interest in the care of children and young people.
Sensory processing difficulties can affect a young persons’ ability to successfully access and be involved in learning, play, and social situations at home and in education.
During the course of the session, you’ll explore practical intervention strategies, such as sensory diets, and how these may best be used to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
This session is being delivered by Lisa Hamer, Director of Shine Therapy. Lisa is an advanced practitioner in sensory integration and a highly speciality occupational therapist.
